About The Owner

My name is Martin Klabunde and I am the owner of Inspired Renovations LLC. I’ve lived in Tucson since 1997 and I am proud to call this beautiful place home. I have a wonderful, supportive wife who is also my best friend and a super energetic dog we call Eshe.

I enjoy my work tremendously. I am a creative person so transforming your home into your sanctuary is one of my passions. Outside of work, I enjoy biking on the Tucson Loop, hiking in the mountains, creating visual art, playing music and teaching West African drums, and time with my wife and pup.

My life philosophy is one of GROWTH…. mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I enjoy life and strive to improve myself on all levels daily. I love learning new things and working with my hands. I love meeting new people and I am always interested in you and what’s happening in your life. I believe all humans ought to be treated with respect, kindness and compassion and I strive to become the person my dog thinks I am. 🙂

Inspired Renovations LLC is a licensed (ROC #341934), bonded and insured general contracting and construction management firm specializing in interior remodels, additions, guest houses/casitas and detached garages. Our mission is to make renovations a great experience for our clients. We prioritize quality and timeliness while maintaining a high level of integrity and workmanship.

Our business model relies on customer satisfaction. Our top priority is YOU, the quality of work, timeliness, cleanliness and the quality of your experience throughout the remodel. As the owner of Inspired Renovations LLC, I make it my top priority to communicate effectively so you are informed of the remodel process and have clear expectations. As my client, I can promise you that you will never receive an unexpected invoice balance. You will be kept informed about any issues or changes that may come up during the remodel process.

I compensate my crews well, as they do exceptional work, have an eye for detail and are disciplined people. We work Monday through Friday 8:30am to about 4-5pm. They have weekends off for family and rest. A well balanced schedule ensures they are always performing at a high level. That being said, I am not the cheapest contractor in town. I do not compete on price, rather, I do compete on the quality of work being done and the quality of your experience.

We work with top-notch designers, architects and highly skilled labor to deliver excellence on each project. We select only the finest craftspeople, and we only use quality materials. We set ourselves apart with a reputation for building trust and confidence, and delivering top-quality work.

Inspired Renovations LLC experts can assist you build, renovate or remodel your home. We obtain all the necessary permits, set budgets that you are comfortable with, and clearly explain the remodel process.

No project is too big for our team. We can do everything from full interior and exterior renovations, additions, guest houses & casitas and detached garages to smaller projects such as kitchen and bath renovations.
