Genhart Whole House Remodel
This house was a rental for many years and now the owners are ready to call it home. They called us to remodel the entire house. New HVAC system and ductwork. New flooring. New cabinets. New countertops. New range hood. New sinks and fixtures. We removed a couple walls to open up the kitchen, dining and living areas. We removed old carpet and replaced it with herringbone style porcelain tile and tiled the rest of the house. Removed old bi-fold closet doors and replaced them with custom closet doors. New LED recessed lights. New primer and paint throughout.
