I can’t recommend Inspired Renovations more highly! Being new to Tucson, I was keen to get solid endorsements for my house remodel project, Martin at Inspired Renovations was wholeheartedly recommended to me — I now know why!
Firstly, Martin is an excellent collaborator: he listened carefully to what I was trying to achieve from my remodel — a much expanded kitchen by breaking through to a large underused storeroom, an extra half bath and laundry room, great flow, more light, and extra utility — and then over many, many(!) conversations, drawings, and models, he added in his own refinements on how to achieve my goals, so I felt completely confident going into the project.
Secondly, Martin has great design sensitivity — some of the changes he proposed to my original ideas worked out way more stylishly and with better flow than in their original iteration. Martin also has strong vendor relationships with local suppliers, so I feel I got access to great quality tile/worktops/gorgeous cabinetry etc at good prices through Martin’s recommendations and connections.
Thirdly, Martin thinks through and details the estimated budget very carefully to the client AND details the cost of any new add-ons that the client asks for along the way. With previous contractors I’ve had huge last minute line items that upend the estimate — this was not the case with Martin. I ended up adding on some extra costs for flooring that was not in my original budget, but Martin worked with me to get me the best price possible, so overall I am very happy with how closely he stuck to the estimated budget, moreover I am thrilled with how great the project turned out and am happy that I went for the higher cost flooring that was not in my original budget.
Finally, Martin’s crew is exceptional. They are all excellent at their individual trades ( and ALL the trades were represented on this project — masonry, framing, constructing new sewer lines, new AC and electric, new doors and windows and of course all the usual kitchen/bath remodel trades). Moreover, Martin’s crew are also unfailingly reliable, on time, and courteous and respectful. Inspired Renovations delivered me a beautiful remodel. Thank you so much Martin and Inspired Renovations!

Our home was built in 1994 and the bathrooms showed it. Inspired Renovations to the rescue! My husband and I interviewed three remodeling companies before our meeting with Martin. I knew almost immediately that I wanted them to do both our bathroom remodels. What drew me to them was that they were organized, professional and seemed like they really enjoy what they do. Martin was honest, responsive and very knowledgeable.
His initial bid was spot on with minimal changes. Martin kept me informed on the dates and times that jobs were to be done and his crew showed up on time, communicated well, and always put in a solid days work.
They have an eye for detail and were more than willing to make sure that we were completely happy with all the work through every step. If my husband and I were concerned or had questions they were quick to answer them or fix the concern. We could not have asked for more.
We would use Inspired Renovations again and will recommend them to our friends and family. It was fun and exciting watching it all come together. I love my new bathrooms and now everyday feels like a spa day! Its perfect! Thank you Martin and crew for a job done great!!!

Dickenson Shower
Our shower is amazing! We went from a matchbox sized shower to a beautiful end project. The end result is impressive. Even the direction our tile should be laid as well as the “offset” was taken into consideration and why, which was helpful. Suggestions were always explained in a way that made sense to me. I am very happy with the end result! Can’t wait to get in there and take my first shower with some room to move.
